The track meet is in one more practice and Hannah and Trista have learned a lot but still need to practice all the things they were taught. Everyone who is running in the 400m does a practice race and Trista tries her very best but loses by a lot she is now very discouraged and doesn't think she will have a chance to win the race that achually counts.

The Resurrection
“Racers are you ready 3, 2, 1, GO!” the race begins Trista has a huge head start and she continues to be at the very front for the whole race until the very last 100m she gets tired someone starts to creep up behind her but she relies on her training and pushes as hard as she can and wins the race.
Return with the Elixir
Everyone claps and is so proud of Trista for doing an amazing job and she gets her gold ribbon for winning the race she never thought she would be able to do.
Next is the 200m race and Trista was confident with this one no one has ever beaten her in 200m but she still knew she had to try her very best. “And our first place winner for 200m is…. Trista!” she wins the race.
The track meet is over and Trista is super happy with herself she did great and returns to the school giving them more gold ribbon winners.
