I'm a goddess and that's my job. Today, I woke up early because I am going to watch a gladiator fight. I grab my oil lamp, so that I can see in the halls and head to my dining area.
Gladiator Fight
I do have a few slaves, but I don't really like to refer to them as that. The one who makes me my food and brings it to me is Gertrude. Today, she made me eggs with pork and chicken. Then, I have my wine and bread with my meal.
Meeting Up With Date
Now I need to get ready for the gladiator fight. I go to the bath house and talk with my friends as I bathe using olive oil. Once done bathing, I put my linen stolas on and then I put powdered chalk on my face and arms.
Dinner Party
This gladiator is super well-known and I could see why. He defeated this three-headed beast in 6 slashes. He must be on his way to becoming a freed slave. I was so amazed I've never been to a gladiator fight before and I am definitely coming to the Colosseum again.
Tonight I am hosting a party at my villa for my new engagement to Apollo. I don't really want to get married, but he is pretty sweet I mean he brought me flowers. Maybe I can use the flowers in my head piece in my wedding.
Everyone seems to be enjoying the party. I made sure we had a lot of wine and food prepared for us. It's quite a wide selection of food, there is salad, chicken, porridge, fruits, seafood, and my favorite honey sweetened cakes. As the food was getting eaten we had the slaves serve more food.
