Well from the way your always looking for a thing to fidget on and the way you start getting stressed easily it indicates you have a psychological dependence

I think i have the perfect solution for you
The best way to counter act this need of fidgeting is something as simple as chewing gum, If you chew gum consistently it will trick your brain into beliving its a good enough replacement
really that would help alot
