Matthew 26.1-27.56

Pilate Questions Jesus
You say so.
Are you the King of the Jews?
Barabbas or Jesus?
What shall be His fate?
He should be killed!
Pilate Hands Jesus over to Be Crucified
You are killing an innocent man!
Jesus was now in front of the governor and he asked Jesus if he was the King of the Jews. The government says that there are many accusations made against Jesus. Yet, Jesus has no reply in return.
The Soldiers Mock Jesus
Pilate asked the people who they would prefer to be released. The chief priests and elders convinced the crowd that they should release Barabbas to the public and have Jesus sent to be killed. Soon after, the crowd decided on Jesus’ fate. Jesus was to be sent to crucifixion.
The Crucifixion of Jesus
A riot was about to begin. Pilate took water and washed his face and hands. He stood before the crowd saying he was innocent of the man's blood. The large group of people answered back in anger. “His blood be on us and our children!” they said.
The Death of Jesus
Eli, Eli lema sabachthani?
The soldiers stripped Jesus and put Him in a scarlet robe. They were mocking Him by placing a crown of thorns on His head and hailing Him for being the King of the Jews.
King of the Jews! 
Jesus carried a cross to Golgotha. He was crucified among two other bandits.
Darkness surrounded the land. Jesus cried with a loud voice questioning why God had forsaken him. Soon the people had finally come to a realization that Jesus was truly the Son of God.
