- It feels good to sit after a long day of working!
- Sigmund Freud's Theory was about the use of coping mechanisms, like the repression mechanism above. This way of dealing has to do with forgetting a bad memory by banishing it towards the back of the mind and essentially forgetting it occurred.
- How Rogers Sees Me
- Adler's Theory consists of personality traits being based upon the birth order of children. Being the youngest, Adler would see me as the charming, outgoing, agreeable, and absent-minded one of the children.
- How Costa & McCrae See Me
- Come on! Let's go dance and meet people!!

- Carl Jung's theory explains the collective unconscious, which is the unconscious part of the mind that relates to similar experiences between people and ancestors. The two women above share similar experiences of relaxing after working.
- How Bandura Sees Me
- Well, I guess it just sucks to be you! I am great and so much better than you!
- Roger's theory involves an individual's personality overlapping between the ideal and real self. The girl wants to be like the princess on screen, but there are a few similarities that Rogers would call congruencies.

- The Five Factor Theory consists of 5 different key personality traits. Open, conscientious, extraverted (shown above), agreeable, and neurotic are those traits. They can be observed in early stages of life and remain stable throughout age/cultures.
- Bandura's Theory incorporates the trait, narcissism. Narcissism is when an individual has a sense of entitlement, a lack of empathy, a need for admiration. It can be represented as above.
