- Hi Mr. Rockfish! I am glad you want to move forward with developing a KM department. It will be very beneficial.
- Have you heard that Amid is leaving? He was very knowledgable. All of the knowledge he had will not be transferred to anyone in time.
- I heard about that. Harry is leaving too. He has saved this company a ton of money, but I don't think he can find most of the documents to pass down his knowledge.
- Thanks Amid! I heard you are leaving to UPS. Congratulations!The only issue I am having before I leave is locating some documents to give to Imogine.
- GDD does not have a knowledge management system. It is one of the reasons I am leaving. I can never find the information I need to do my job efficiently.

- Hi Steve. We are looking for someone who can head the KM department as the CKM. Do you think you can take on the challenge?
- Hi Jane. I would love to take the lead on this! I believe KM is very important especially when it comes to tacit knowledge. I will see if I can collaborate with the IT department. IT is very important to the collection of tacit knowledge.
- Hi, Brenda. GDD would like to create a KM department, but I would like to work with you on identifying and implenting IT tools that will capture, manage, and share knoweldge within the company. Can you help out?
- Hi, Steve. I would be glad to help. KM and IT work together to create competitive advantages for an organization.
- I heard! I have already benefited from it. It only took me a few mintues to access the information I needed. It used to take me hours to find what I needed.
- Did you hear GDD implented a knowledge management strategy?
- Hi Dr. Helmut. We could really use your cargo hold design. I believe it would be beneficial for both you and GDD.
- Sure. I would really like to take the lead on it to gain a promotion.
