Green Belt
Rural areas are regions that are sparsely settled in which the population density is low. These areas do not have a large enough threshold to support big commercial businesses and are located far from the economic centers.
Suburb
Gated communities are areas that are isolated from the rest of the public in order to strengthen security and a sense of identity for the people who reside there. These people are often wealthy.
CBD
A greenbelt is a specified section of a city that has been sectioned solely to improve the quality of life for its citizens and to sustain the environment. This limits the capability of urban sprawl and additionally reduces the effects of pollution.
A suburb is a residential area that consists of single-family homes that are clustered nearby to the CBD. These residents are well-off since they do not need to locate near business centers in order to receive income. Suburban areas usually have similar houses in the clustered area.
A CBD or the Central Business District is a central place within a region that embodies a thriving economic and political society. The CBD is generally densely populated and features a lot of commercial and social sites for people within the metropolitan area. CBD's are almost always urban or in the process of urbanization.
