- Spartan girls had a big role as well, unlike in Athens they had rights and had a education, and learnt sports since they had to run the house while men/boys were battling
- Young Spartan boys were sent at a early age to learn to be a warrior at The Agora. This hard training will take almost 13 years or more.
- You are now 7! Go show your loyalty to Sparta, and become a strong soldier
- As a part of training, young boys had to be left in the while for a few days or weeks. This training will see how tough they are and how they can survive while on the battle field
- Finally! WATER!
- Girls learnt sports as a part of there duties, so they could run their farms. It was believed that strong women will bring up strong warriors
