- I just planted some carrots and beetroots.
- A central business district is the main city of commerce and businesses. Many large businesses are located here. These are mainly in the center of cities with not many houses. Houses are located outside of central business districts. This image indicates a restaurant which is widely dispersed throughout central business districts. For example, Los Angeles is a central business district in California.
- Gated communities
- A tenement is a building or house that includes separate rooms for impoverished people to live in. These buildings are usually held by an owner. Tenements are very run down in things such as broken windows, leaky plumping, and unwell working heaters. Many tenements are located in New York City.
- Greenbelt
- This park is so beautiful!
- A rural area is one that is placed away from the main city. To elaborate, this is a farmer that is settling crops on farmland. Additionally, there is a horse grazing on empty land. Rural settlements are based on agricultural services. Additionally, farmers may use this land for economic purposes. For example, the Nourish Farm in Turlock is a rural settlement.

- A gated community is a small neighborhood of homes that is surrounded by a gate which makes it private. They are supposed to provide safety and a lower crime rate. This house has a clean and maintained outside landscape which is a necessity in gated communities. For example, Sundance Lake, Modesto CA is a gated community surrounded by a lake.
- I love where I live! It's so clean and beautiful!
- A greenbelt is an area of green land with parkways, parks, or farmland that encircles a community. Greenbelts don't include establishments for people to live in or use. Green belts prevent urban sprawls by keeping land permanently open. An example of a greenbelt is Central Park in New York City.
- Gentrification is the movement of less impoverished places that are remodeled by the middle class. It's the improvement of houses and attracting new businesses. The pros of gentrification is commercial development, improved economic opportunity, lower crime rates, and an increase in property values. An example of gentrification is venue 833 in Modesto.
- I want to go to Starbucks!
