- Good Morning, Umar and wanie. So, are you guys  ready for the Campaign later?
- Hi Morning, of course! We are  ready to get started !
- SCENE 8
- Great! I'm glad to hear that from both of you. If everyone is ready, should we start the campaign right away?
- Sure, let's begin!
- SCENE 9
-  Good Morning everyone, today we are going to have a campaign run by Umar and Wanie. Next, i wilI invite Umar to start this event.
- Thankyou boss, Good Morning everyone, so my name is Umar and this is my friend Wanie, we standing here for educate about employee awareness among of HRM.
- SCENE 10
- So objective for this event is to give awareness among employees that HRM always strives to ensure that every employee is always in a positive work environment without any feelings of dissatisfaction and so on, as well as to ensure that every employee is loyal to the organisation for which they work.
- SCENE 11
- Continuously, the benefit for our awareness event is we focus to improve employees morale in the workplace. For the example, their communication skills in verbal or non verbal. Communicating well can help employees be productive and well organize and it's good for morale. Another benefit is, we want to improve employee’s growth mindset and their collaboration in their workplace. 
- SCENE 12
- Before end this talk, what Umar and me hope from this awareness campaign is all of the employee can achieve high performance, morale and satisfaction levels throughout the workforce, by creating ways to strengthen the employer and employee relationship in the future. I think thats all from me. Thankyou for having us, we are truly appreciate for give us a trust. Hoping to see all of you again, thankyou and stay safe.
