- The first Morning practice was a 30 minute run on their own and just giving information.

- Grace figured out that she is running a course that Noah did and wanted to have a strategy to win.

- Grace didn't win but got 2nd for the JV team.
- The Practices are just running by themselves for about 4 miles.
- Grace got 1st for the team and got 5th in the whole race!!!
