- (Angrily) Oh no! You juggler! You canker-blossom! You thief of love!
- (Calmly and patronizing)#160;Really?! Have you no maiden shame? No touch of bashfulness? What? Do you want to make me mad enough that I'll respond, despite my usual gentleness.
- Helena is centre stage picking up fruit#160;on a basket.#160;basket.#160;
- Hermia enters stage from the left and pushes#160;Helena to the ground. Hermia starts bellowing#160;Helena as she points angrily at Helena, who is lying on the ground and is visibly distressed.
- Now she must start the comparisons between our statures.
- Helena stands up and softly moves to center stage, intimidating Hermia to fall back to downstage right. She paints Hermia as rude and she bogusly presents herself as gentle. Helena acts confidently, whilst Hermia daunted by her comments
- But that my nails can reach unto thine eyes.
- Helena picks up the basket and continues to indifferently pick up fruit. There is a pause, as Hermia regains her composure and thinks what to respond.#160;
- Hermia starts to circle Helena as she fiercely accuses Helena of making this about her height, since Hermia is visibly smaller. Helena is indifferent to Hermia's outcry, so she ignores her by continuing to pick up fruit and moving away from Hermia by moving around center stage without looking at her. Meanwhile, Hermia moves around upstage trying to Cath Helena's attention.#160;
- After Hermia shouts but that my nails can reach unto thine eyes to Helena, the former lunges towards the latter. Hermia grabs Helena by her head and tries to push her fingers on Helena's eyes. Helena falls to the ground and is terrified.#160;
