- Desmond T. Doss was a man that joined the military during ww2 but was pacifist in the war due to a tradgety when he was younger.
- Though because he chose this pacifist belief he got beat up by fellow soldiers.
- This is indirect because it is an action.
- The reason he was pacifist is because years before during an argument. His dad pulled out a gun on his mom but Desmond threw the gun on the ground.
- This is indirect because it is describing what happened.
- Desmond is a good person that is always willing to help the wounded.
- This is direct because its describing how he acts.
- This is direct because it is describing how he is a hero.
- Desmond was a true hero and is remembered and respected.
