At the court
During the meeting
these past few employees have been protest for and increase in their salaries and nothing has been done ,so we as their representative have came to resolve this matter.
And some of these employees lost their lives because they were shot by police which were sent by you
we will increase their income by 10% and for those ones who lost their live we will release funds to families
Many families have lost their loved ones and some of them lost their breed winners ,nothing has been done by their trade unions.
During the meeting
honestly speaking we all lost through all this process because they were also our employees so we try to make things better for from now onwards.
After a long run employers and the trade union representatives decided to call upon a meeting to resolve this matter
the meeting is about to end
Now everything is settled i hope things wont come at this point again.
Union representatives and the employers held a meeting were discussing their way forward and how they will resolve this matter.
The end
The continued for several hours
the union representative and employers had an agreement of their they will raise the income of their employees
Everything that was promised was done and the agreement was signed although the company lost a lot of money. and every one left the room
