Unknown Story

Missie and Joe continue to be a happy couple. Joe returns homes in the evenings from work, and they continue going to the parlor on Saturdaysafter dinner and attending church on Sundays.
One day Joe decides to get off early with thoughts of his wifeMissie on his mind and wanting to have children.  Upon trying to sneak in the house, Joe accidentally knocks something on the floor. Joe hears sounds in his bedroom that turned out to be Otis Slemmons and his wife Missie May.
Slemmons pleads with Joe and is knocked down by Joe in the process,  he eventually fled, leaving behind his gold watch.  Missie May doesn’t know what to think at this point. Time passes Joe decides to stay with Missie despite her infidelity.  He also brought to Missie’s attention that Slemmon’s gold was not real after all.
Missie May is now pregnant. She has the baby, and the baby belongs to Joe, they continue to move forward with their lives.
Joe goes back to his old routine by bringing Missie May her favorite candy kisses when he returns home.
