- The shop steward make an arrangement through the phone with the organizer to come and educate the mineworkers about NUMSA and their rights in the workplace
- EDUCATING
- Today we have been graced by the presence of mr Bandile from Numsa .I will hand over to you sir
- As you already heard from your shop steward about my identity .I have came here to mainly educate you about your rights so that you can create a healthy working environment
- The shop steward visits the managers office in order to inform hi about the arrival of the organizer tomorrow

- The shop steward introduces the organizer to the mineworkers at Marikana .The organizer start to educate the employees about their rights at workplace and about the trade union
- The organizer managed to win all of the employees and get them to join Numsa
- Iam glad i managed to win their hearts .Please give them forms of memebership for Numsa so they can join us
- The shop steward accompany the organizer on his way out
