- Denied?! Why has my claim been denied? This is insanity. I cannot afford this! Why have I been paying my premiums for decades, only to get screwed when I finally need my procedures approved?

- Hi. I see we are scheduled for 30 minutes, but we only have ten left. What can I do for you today?

- I have recently undergone both chemotherapy and radiation treatment for my liver cancer. However, the follow up treatment was denied.
- Gleiten: 7
- I see. Unfortunately, we have no documentation of this.
- Gleiten: 8
- Therefore, I cannot approve your treatment. [chuckles]

- You can literally see that I've lost my -[agent walks out of room]

- WHY! Why are they doing this to me? But if I have to play their game, I will. I'll fill out the damn appeal.

- Well its only taken three more months, but I finally have all the documents needed to satisfy this idiotic process. I have all the medical records, bills, images, and anything else that could possibly be needed.

- We're sorry, but we are unable to approve your claim at this time. We have reviewed your documents, and are not convinced that your condition warrants this kind of treatment.

- Screw this! All appeals exhausted? If they won't pay themselves, I'll force them to pay! They are just trying to run out the time that I have left...

- Thank heavens! I will finally be able to pay for my treatment and enjoy the time that I have left. The settlement will leave me with enough to enjoy the rest of my time.
