The black haired guy is robbing a store which is breaking the law and not abiding by the 2nd amendment (You also cant have your guns taken without probable cause and can use them if needed to defend yourself) The ginger guy is unlawfully getting his gun and licence taken away for no reason and that is the cop breaking the bill of rights.
