- Poppy finds the secret door that her brother Gus was telling her a way to escape .
- Once Poppy gets out of the orphanage she runs away heading in the direction that Gus said he was going. On the way there she found a stray dog, which is one her new friend, Fisher.
- Once it get dark she goes to sleep under a tree under the stars, with her new best friend.
