- In this story, "Theseus and the Minotaur", there was a King named Minos who wants to attack and conquer Athens. King Minos had a daughter named Ariadne who was a princess. King Minos had a awful beast that snacks on people and it is called a Minotaur. In Athens the king wants to save his people so a Prince named Theseus stepped up to the plate to save his people and kill the Minotaur.

- We made a deal with the King of Athens.
- We will not attack them for nine years and they with give us 7 boys and 7 girls to feed to our Minotaur.

- Dad I have to slay this beast to keep our people safe.

- Yes, I will but you have to take me with you after you defeat the beast so I can persuade my beauty dream.

- This myth explained a occurrence in human behavior because sometimes humans have to fight for their home and one might step up.
