- Titus's brother arrives outside wondering why this peasant was outside. Before he can call his guards titus yells STOP YOU NEED TO LISTEN TO ME. Compelled by tituss words he stays quite.
- Titus and his brother ruled for years on yars til like at birth they died at the same time.
- After learning of his brother and how he was taken away by the king and how it was his fault their parents are dead. Sobbing the king appologizes.
- After learning the error of his ways tituss brother decides to free his people and rule with his brother by his side.
