- Jessica the intern parked in my designated parking spot for the third day in a row, so I had to park far away! I have worked here since she was in diapers, and this is the respect I get???
- Hey Harold, why are you late again?
- Human resources tries to calm Harold down:
- Hey dude, take a chill pill! Let's go out to the lot, you can show me what's going on, and we'll work it out?
- Harold, kicking her car is not going to fix the problem!
- I'll set up a meeting with Jessica this afternoon!
- What do you suppose we do?
- Jessica, Harold, and Human Resources meet to work through the issue:
- There is no valid reason for taking my spot!
- Okay, well what if we compromise by taking turns using the parking spot?
- My parking spot is like too far, it's like totally unfair!
- Hm, I would rather have the spot to myself.
- There is a shuttle that takes people from the parking garage to the building. What if corporate pays for a shuttle pass for you, Jessica, so you won't have to walk as far?
- I guess that second option would work.
- Later, that day. Harold and Jessica decide to get coffee together to celebrate their compromise...
- Thank goodness our Human Resources rep was there to help!
