- Jonas felt lonely because he realized that he's the only one who felt the pain and he can't have a medication.
- He received a memory of the hunger.
- One they, the community tried to increase the population but the Giver told them that there will be a hunger so the community cancel this plan.
- The Giver was so vital for them because they hold all the memories and nobody will get hurt because of this.
- Jonas' father became the one to nurture the twins and he has to choose the one to release.
