- Michael is currently at work and has just got a job
- He finally gets to the location of the passenger and picks them up
- During the journey the passenger is on her way to where her grandma is currently staying and explains how her grandma is not feeling well currently.
- She explains that she is foreign so doesn't know where any nearby hospitals are
- Michael recommends she uses a web application to find nearby hospitals for her grandmas symptoms
- Michael drops of the passenger and the passenger thanks him for his help
