First is FPM or Federal Powers Man. He is the strength of the group. He is very powerful to the point where he is the only one who can coin money and create and maintain military forces.
This is SPM or States Power Man, and brains of the group. He can establish and maintain schools, and can also issue license for driving! Sometimes he can get overwhelmed and want to make impulsive ideas.
