When my alarm sounds in my ear, it is converted into an electrical signal. This signal travels to the brainstem and then to the temporal lobe
The temporal lobe will process the sound as an electrical signal and recognise that it is an alarm and time to wake up

Sensory information travels to the brain from the mouth, which triggers signals to the muscles to execute a swallow.
While eating, the cerebellum helps with the finer movements, like chewing, and coordinates the muscles in the mouth and throat to swallow the food.
The occipital lobe processes the visual input from the eyes, so you can see what foods look good. Today it was a burger, fries, and an apple

The frontal lobe tells my body to move while the Cerebellum coordinates the muscle movements.
Finally, the Parietal lobe understands the spatial distance between my feet and the ground, ensuring that I don't stomp down too hard or misjudge the space and trip.

The Cerebellum also helps with balance, ensuring that I don't fall over while putting one foot in front of the other
