Scene #3: Hitler Rising to Power
Open on people storming out of buildings, chanting and shouting. Pan out to show businesses closing down. This leads into the Depression, where there is a lot of unemployment and political unrest. Show line of people looking for work.
Scene #5: Aiding Poland
PLAN TO ASSIST
Hitler wishes to take over Czechoslavakia and demands territory from them. This leads to the leaders creating the Munich Agreement in 1938 to prevent Hitler from taking more territory.
Open on Hitler talking with the British leader. They are discussing how he has broken the guarantee to stop expanding his territory. He expresses wishes to take over Poland.
The leaders of Poland and Great Britain are talking. Great Britain promises to protect Poland from Hitler and come to their aid if he attacks. They will provide military aid and declare war on Germany.
