- Chapter 1- Brodie's cousin Alex came to stay with his family. Brodie tried to be nice to Alex but it was hard for him because he's having a rough time at home. He takes Alex to go swimming in a pond, and Brodie sees his friends and decides to swim up to them. Lastly, he yanks Pauline/Friend into the water.
