- Brother vs bully
- Nurzhan got in a small fight and must miss a little bit of school
- Your son got in a very serious fight and is expelled.

- MAYA ALAZOVA!!!!!
- Maya is a teenage girl in 9th grade who came to America because conditions in her home country Kazakhstan got very bad. Her mum cleans people's houses from 3:30pm to 6:30pm and her father was a taxi driver causing her family not to have too much money, she also has a younger brother (Nurzhan) going to the same school as her. Her and her brother are often irritated with their parents not understanding Amercian life. Maya often escapes this struggle using gymnastics.
- Too many responsiblities
- I know you still a young girl and you must be tired, I'll ask your father to go easy on you.
- Her brother got in a fairly serious physical fight with his bully sending the bully to the hospital. Her father is called and since he doesn't know much english she translates for him, playing down the situation to help out her brother. This causes both sourness at home and her to miss her gymnastics meet, but luckliy she gets in no trouble for missing it.
- Unexpected surprises
- One day after Maya's gymnastics program she and her friend met two of their classmates, one of which Maya was partially excited for, Daniel. The two had just finished their wrestling program. Daniel and Maya begian to play by him pretending she is a weight. This gets Maya in trouble as her father, when picking her up sees and gets angry as he doesn't think she shoul be in the arms of an American boy creating a worse hom enviroment.
- The spring fling
- Maya's mother damages her ankle leaving Maya to clean houses from 3:30 to 6:30, make dinner, go to school, and do her homework. Of course this is very tiring to Maya as she can now barely keep herself awake.
- Maya's wants to go to the school dance but wasn't sure if her parents would let her, her brother decided to help her out by convincing them. They still had one condition though, that Nurzhan had to be her chaperone.
- Nurzhan decided to give his sister some personal space and go to the bathroom during the dance. During the dance Daniel asked Maya to the dance, surely being the highlight of her night.
