- Hey, Tianna how you doing girl, I haven't really seen you be yourself the past few days what's going on?
- I havent been the best lately all ive been doing is stressing over work, and my husband rarely being home now since hes traveling im all alone and I miss him and just everything is stressing me out right now.
- Girl I got you, trust me I went though the same stuff, and what really helped me was PNF classes to relives my stress and it really helped me and I still take them till this day!
- Oh, Ive seen this place beside my house who do those PNF classes and I have heard very good stuff about it I will go this afternoon and try it out for sure!!!
- Good Evening, I just came in because I heard that you guys are great and have really helped many of my friends when they've been dealing with things like stress and the past couple of days Ive been stressing my life out and I really need some help
- Welcome to my PNF classes, today we will be working on stretching all our stress out! Here we have Kayla really just stretching her entire body out and relieving all that stress out.
