The palace of Titans on top of Mount Othrys, otherwise known as Mount Tamalpais, in California.
The next scene shifted in Percy's dream.

Outside the pavilion
Demigod dreams suck. They're never just dreams. They've got to be visions, omens, and all other mystical stuff (that makes Percy's brain hurt).
Beckendorf?
Tyson
Poseidon's realm, in the palace
No, Brother.
No, Brother.
Quite an explosion, said the blacked armored Titan. It doesn't matter. The gods have answered the challenge. Soon they will be destroyed, the other said.
His words washed over Percy as cold as the ocean floor, and his dreams went blank.
A deep voice called Percy. Thinking it was Beckendorf, he called his name, but it was his brother Tyson.
The palace might have been the most astonishing place Percy would have seen if it hadn't been in the process of getting destroyed. The main courtyard was filled with soldiers, and beyond this, the seafloor expanded into the gloom where battle raging could be seen.
Percy's father, Poseidon, wanted him to go back to the Camp Half-Blood to hear the prophecy, the entire prophecy.
