- Usually around 7 hours why?
- I read an article online talking about sleep, do you go on your phone before you go to sleep.
- Yeah after school and work I usually shower then go on my phone until i go to sleep.
- Going on your phone is awful for your sleep, it tricks your brain into thinking that the light from your phone is light from the sky. Almost like it's day time
- Wow, I never knew that. I am going to start reading a book before bed instead of reading the latest news on instagram.
