- Tofu likes eating junk food
- Tofu is sick
- How did I fall sick because of food?
- Because ....
- Their mother tells them not to eat junk food
- Tofu likes eating junk food. Tia cooks him healthy food, but he does not like it. She always tells him not to eat junk food, but he ignores her.
- Joe gets tired easily, but Jack doesn't
- When they are eating dinner, Tofu gets a stomach ache. She tells him to rest on his bed. While he is having a rest, he asks Tia how he fell sick because of food.
- Tofu decides to eat healthy food
- Her sister tells him a story of two kids who love eating junk food. Their mother warns them to keep eating healthy food. Jack listens to his mother’s advice because he wants to become a good runner. But Joe doesn’t because he says junk food tastes better than healthy food.
- Tofu wins the first medal
- In Physical Education, their coach says that Joe gets tired easily so he cannot join the team. On the other hand, Jack gets a compliment because he has become so good at running. It makes Joe sad and disappointed.
- Tofu promises to start eating healthy food from now on because he wants to be like Jack. Tia is very happy to hear and says that eating healthy food and exercising will make a difference in his body.
- Tofu joins a running competition. He wins the first medal because of building a good eating habit. It makes him to be a fastest runner at school.
