Macbeth sends the same murderers to kill Macduff and his family but since Macduff was not there they only killed Macduff’s family.

Malcolm and a small army of soldiers are in Birnham Woods and they start cutting down the wood and using it to hide their numbers from Macbeth’s army, fulfilling the prophecy of Birnham Woods marching to Dunsinane.

Macduff and Macbeth fight each other and Macduff wins, beheading Macbeth and restoring peace to the kingdom.
