This green forest sure is the place for me!

The green color of the frogs helped them blend into the trees and grass so the birds wouldn't eat them at night. The tan variants weren't so lucky to escape their fate.
Just blend into your environment!

These Australian treefrogs were a prosperous species, but soon the native Australians would begin to burn down the forests for sake of hunting
Boy I sure do hope that burning this forest won't forever decertify the environment...

After more and more tan frogs were able to survive, more tan babies were born than green frogs, changing the population of frogs from mostly green to mostly tan, and it has been this way since.
