Factors that led to the Revolution
Meeting of the Estates General
The French revolution started in 1789 and ended in 1799.  This was a time when the commoners of France rose up against the monarchy.
The Tennis Court Oath
Things that led to the French Revolution were things like new ideas about the government, food shortage, weak leadership, serious economic problems, and growing resentment along the lower estates.
The Storming of the Bastille
The Estate General is an assembly of representatives from all 3 estates. At the Estate General, each estates delegates all went to a seperate hall to vote, 
The Great Fear
The national assembly locked themselves out of their meeting room. They broke down a door to a indoor tennis court, and said they would stay there until they drew up a new costitution. 
The Storming of the Bastille was an event that happened in France on 14th, July 1789. The people of the third estate started to gather weapons to defend Paris. "A Paris prison."
The Great Fear is "a wave of senseless panic through France where peasants became outlaws themselves."  They were armed with things like pitchforks and farm tools. They broke into the noble's manors and "destroyed documents that bound them to pay feudal dues or burned down the houses altogether
