- Then make sure your goal can be Measurable
- Start by making your goal more Specific
- You can make a SMART goal!
- And lastly, make a good Time limit for your goal.

- My new goal is to gradually improve my time trials by gaining endurance as stamina so by the time of the first meet, I will have improved my time.
