- it was a warm sunny day in July of 1789.. The national assembly was meeting but Joe was sad because he never got a say in the decisions
- I wish there was a way for me to have more of a say...
- HA HA your vote doesn't matter!
- because the first and second estates had more money than the 3rd estate they were considered more important, making their votes more important
- together we can make life better for all members of the Third Estate!
- so, one day the third estate decided that they would form a group together so that the lower estate would have more power in decision making
