- Bipolar Disorder can be distracting and can prevent you from getting things together which can lead to things such as a messy room.
- That's why you've been a bit crazy lately, you know you need to take them!
- They make me feel so... boring
- Negative Internal thoughts are also apart of Bipolar and are most commonly irrational
- along with therapy, they are your best hope
- I just want to be normal
- Many people with Bipolar skip taking their daily medication, this leads to their symptoms returning and/or intensifying.
- I need you to promise me you will do the right thing and take your meds because I really are about you
- Your right, my symptoms have gotten worse, it's time for a change
- Stabilisers (a common short term treatment) make you feel very dull. Especially if you have bipolar where at points you can be on a high
- As there is no treatment, therapy and medication are the best way to manage and control Bipolar disorder
- It's hard to keep motivated when dealing with Bipolar so encouraging and supporting friends are essential.
