- The reason for that is it is too expensive to pay everyone the same and the company cannot afford it. So I only compansated those who deserve it
- Michael felt as if he needed to do something about it and speak to his manager to help resolve the issues.

- Michael has addressed the issue with his colleagues and found out that many others were wronged as well by a similar situation.
