Laurie comes home from school upset and agitated, his mother still didn't know why he was so nervous.
FALLING ACTION

Laurie told her parents the bad things Charles did.
RESOLUTION
As I told you, there is no student named Charles, it is Laurie who misbehaves.
Laurie's mom is going to go talk to the teacher about Charles' behavior
