- It is a dark night but a soldier was going into and searching through to make sure that there are no Jews in the houses.
- Me and my family is hiding but I am scared. Then I heard a knock on the door.
- The owner of the house and her daughter answered the door. It was a soldier!
- We are all friends!

- The soldier brought them to a consantration camp. I hope the war ends soon.
- It is 1946 . She came back! I am so happy. Her dad didn't survive. But she is still with me.
- The next time at church we went up and said, "we are all frends!"
