A CLUE TO NOTE: וַתְּדַבֵּ֨ר
וַתְּדַבֵּ֨ר מִרְיָ֤ם
The torah says my name first because I initiated the conversation. (Rashi)

אִשָּׁ֥ה כֻשִׁ֖ית
Iam referring to Tzipporah as a Cushite woman because I dont want to give her an Ayin Hara she's really very beautiful (Rashi)
Usually when a man and a woman are talking, the Torah uses the masculine plural conjugation here it is using the plural female conjugation to indicate that Miriam brought up the conversation about Moshe.(Rashi)

The torah says the word Cushite twice because Tzipporah was beautiful inside and out (Rashi)
