Um question, how is this a hazard?
This animation features two characters that will be interacting with each other. Background is set in an office. Features two puppets that shows the entire body.
The power board is old and their are multiple cables attached to it. It can cause an overload which can cause shock. To add on their was a chance you could of kicked it which can also cause electrocution.

Camera zooms in under the desk to see a old power board with multiple cables attached to it.  
Alright all done, always remember to be aware of your surroundings, report the hazard and stand clear until it is resolved.

Sounds of detaching of cables can be heard. Zooms in on the worker and the PCBU as they talk. 
PCBU then turns around and answers the employees question. Camera zooms onto their faces while they are talking.
After the dialogue the PCBU walks away.
Now that the hazard is gone the employee begins to work again.
