Hi my name is Joyce an Early childhood educator international student. I decided to take this program because since when I was in high school I have a genuine love and passion working with children for me it is a personal fulfillment in witnessing a child's growth achievement and development.
Throughout my seven weeks as an Early Childhood Education student at Centennial , I discovered my weakness.
Overcoming my weaknesses as an Ece student is valuable step toward personal and professional growth. Here are some strategies to help you address and improve your weaknesses.
Utilize resources, take advantage of academic resources such as tutoring , study groups , or additional readings to improved your knowledge and skills in specific area.
First, do a self reflection start with the feedback by identifying on what areas you having difficulties. Reflect to the coursework, experiences , and feedback from the professor.
Seek support , don't be afraid to ask for help. Reach out to professors, advisors, or mentors who can offer guidance and resources to help you overcome your weaknesses.
