I have woken up at 8:00 AM. I need a great breakfast to start my day because of my big game later.
I plan on hanging around my house until around 12  when I will meet my grandparents for lunch
For breakfast I will have a fruit cup and a small wrap that contains a good amount of protein. This wrap will help me get the proper amino acids. This is the NTP for Protein

We both are so excited to watch you play! We will be in the stands tonights.
I am so excited for my basketball game later today. I have been eating great and I plan on ordering eggs and bacon for a low fiber higher protein meal. 
12 P.M.
I decided to bring 2 granola bars and an orange to eat before my game. It is not too filling and a good food sources to have before my aerobic game. These foods provide the most help because the NTP is great with consuming these before the game
4 P.M. Gametime!
That game was fun, now it is time to replenish what I had lost from my exercise. I'll have a big chicken burrito. The NTP for protein with this is going to help recovery. I also need to replenish my electrolytes.
