- My Name is Michael Adams, I am an HR manager at Bordiss Constructions, and I have been a member of this union for nearly 6 years.
- So, Mr Adams, can you tell us a bit about yourself?
- The union members nominated Mr Adams and Mr Solomon to be the union organizer. Since there can only be one on this union, the senior members will be having interviews with the candidates to decide who is the best candidate.

- If you are elected, you will be overseeing the organization as well as recruitment of workers for this union. That being said, what do you think some of your responsibilities will be?
- They were both waiting outside the office. One of the members greeted them and ushered Mr Adams in to be interviewed.

- As you know, you are not the only candidate running for this post. Tell us, what makes you the ideal candidate, why should we choose you and not anyone else?
- They asked him to introduce himself. They were more interested in his experience and where he was working.

- They asked if he knew about the duties of the union organizer because they wanted to make sure he was prepared for the role and knew what it entailed.
- I know that it is the duty of the union organizer to reach out to workers, visit job sites and negotiate with employers on behalf of the workers when necessary. I am also aware that it is my duty to assist and help union workers with their concerns and questions.
- When asked if he was the best candidate for the role, Michael answered with confidence and gave a thorough answer which impressed the members.
- As you already know, I have been in this industry for over a decade. I started from the bottom and know about the struggles that workers in this industry face. I have excellent communication and management skills because of my years working in Human Resources. More so, I am very familiar with this union and its dealings.
- At the end of the interview, they thanked each other and Michael was told that he would hear from them soon.
