- In chapter 1 old major gives a speech to all the animals about how jones is not a good person and how their lives are not going so great because of jones.
- In chapter 2, the animals weren't getting fed like should be so the cows couldn't take it anymore so they broke into the food place and started eating the food. Jones then saw what happened and tried to stop them but they rebelled and kicked jones and his men out of the farm.
- In chapter three they basically farm and talk about the new rules in the 7 commandments. Also what animals could read and what animals were smarter.
- In chapter 4 Jones and his men go back to the farm and try to take it back but the animals fight and Jones doesn't take the farm
- in chapter 5: Mollie becomes an increasing burden on the farm she is late for work a lot then they catch he getting pets and fed sugar cubes by men from neighboring farms, they never talked about her again.
- in chapter 6 The animals decide to make a windmill so the farm could run better, but they run across a problem to get the stones into smaller pieces because they can't use crowbars or picks. So the animals drop the stones into the quarry and break them into smaller pieces that they can use. Boxer also commits himself ti the animal farm.
