- This Proclamation made it so colonist or any other people could not build or go past the Appalachian Mountains. British troops where sent to enforce this, but many colonists chose to ignore it
- Townshend Act/Reaction
- The Sugar and Stamp Act Put taxes on sugar, and every paper had to have a stamp on it saying that it was payed for properly. Most of all the colonist dispised this act on sugar
- Boston Massacre
- The colonists tried using the Magma Carta saying that the British could not tax the colonists because they do not have someone representing them. There for saying "No Taxation Without Representation"
- Boston Tea Party
- This Act was set in 1767 taxing glass, paper, other goods and tea. The Townshend Act also gave officials the ability to search where ever they want and cut down smuggling
- Customs Officials where being hurassed by colonist so Britain had sent soldiers to maintain order and protect the Officials. On March 5, 1770 a group of Bostians started to through rocks and scream at these Soldiers. The soldiers ended up panicking and firing into the crowed. Many where injured and Crispus Attucks had died.
- Angry colonist had dressed up as Native Americans a board three ship holding tea in the Boston Harbor. On December 16, 1773 342 chests of tea would be dumped into that same harbor.
