The British wanted to capture Ill D'Orleans after capturing Louisburg Nova Scotia.

While the British were sailing to Ill D'orleans the French saw them and started fire but the British escaped.

The British decided to attack the southside of Quebec because it's not guarded well.

Wolfe decided to attack the French position near Mont Morenci Falls at boport but the British lost.

We need to make it over those cliffs, without anyone seeing us.
After the loss at Mont Morenci Falls, the British didn't give up. On September 13 1759 they tried again.

While they were climbing up the clif to the battle. A french sounding person said, "Qui vive?" Donald McDonald replied with amazing french, 'France!" The trickery worked and they continued up the cliff.

The battle lasted about an hour. Some of the French retreated. The French started fire about 120m away from the British. The British only started anfter they became 40m away. The french killed Wolfe, and the British injured Montclam and he died the next day.

A couple days later, on September 18 the French Commander surrendered. The British won the battle.
